Here’s a simple, weeknight‑friendly taco recipe you can share with your followers. It’s based on a 15‑minute ground beef taco filling that uses just a few pantry staples:

Easy Weeknight Tacos (Serves 4)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80–90 % lean)

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 oz taco seasoning (store‑bought or homemade)

  • ½ cup salsa (or substitute with tomato sauce plus a splash of water)

  • Taco shells or small tortillas and your choice of toppings—lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, etc.

Directions

  1. Brown the beef and onion: Cook the ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat is browned, breaking up any large pieces as it cooks. Drain off excess grease.

  2. Season and simmer: Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa, then bring to a light simmer. If the mixture seems dry, add a little water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the flavors meld.

  3. Serve: Spoon the seasoned meat into taco shells or tortillas and pile on your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
